The Black Khaisab dates be received have a good flavor, not too sweet. But the texture is sort of strange; the flesh wants to break apart and there are nodules - I think of sugar crystals. I have never had a date like this before, but I could imagine it was a storage issue. I may be wrong, of course, but I will choose another one of the many dates I like on my next order.
