A delicious, light smoothie infused with sweet Medjool Dates.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Cup Nonfat Yogurt
• 1 Cup Nonfat Milk
• 1 Cup Medjool Dates (pitted and chopped)
• 1 Cup Nonfat Milk
• 1 Cup Medjool Dates (pitted and chopped)
• 1⁄2 Banana
• 1⁄2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
• 2 Ice Cubes
• 1⁄2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
• 2 Ice Cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Purée yogurt, milk, dates, banana and vanilla in blender until smooth. Add ice cubes; puree until mixture is thick and smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
